- Tariffs for services at the period starting from expire date of the previous service bundle till charging of the next one (5 days if there is not enough money for services bundle reactivation at subscribers account) – 99 Br/min, SMS to all life:) numbers – 149 Br, MMS to all life:) numbers – 299 Br.
Order of services rendering at "ANDROID life:)" tariff plan
- At tariff plan (TP further) "ANDROID life:)" individuals are served.
- Subscription to this TP is not available for:
- people who are under 18 years old,
- people who don't have Belarusian citizenship, with registration period in Belarus less than 12 months in the moment of contract execution,
- people who have residence permit with validity period less than 12 months in the moment of contract execution,
- existing customers with debts for TP "3G life:) МОДЕМ",
- individuals who already have a contract for TP "ANDROID life:)".
- Rendering of all the services at TP "ANDROID life:)" is held at prepayment conditions.
- Subscription to this TP is held at exclusive life:) points of sales and service if start packs are available.
- Signing of appendix to contract of telecommunication services rendering is necessary for subscription to this TP.
- By subscription to this TP subscriber gets phone Huawei U8230 into use.
- Within the bounds of this TP subscriber is under an obligation in consecutive and regular order make payments during 12 periods (1 period is equal 30 days):

- Payment for phone use for individuals is 100 Br ( including 20% VAT ) per month and is charged for recommended period of use (1 year from the moment of sale). Payment for phone use is totally included in payment for TP activation that is totally paid one-time in the moment of subscription. On the expire of 1 year operation period phone passes into ownership of subscriber.
- Activation of received SIM-card with TP "ANDROID life:)" is available with USSD-request *100#
.
- Start balance of subscriber's account by subscription to this TP is 0 Br.
- After subscription to this TP monthly services bundle that is valid for 30 days becomes available for subscriber. Services bundle includes: unlimited number of minutes to all life:) numbers at 0 Br/min, unlimited number of SMS to all life:) numbers at 0 Br, unlimited number of MMS to all life:) numbers at 0 Br, 750 MB of internet-traffic at 0 Br.
- Payment for services bundle within the bounds of this TP is charged only from subscriber's main account.
- Services bundle is available for use during 30 days from the moment of crediting. Unused in 30 days traffic is not accumulated and not transferred to next periods.
- Recurrent bundle activation till the expire of 30 days from the moment of crediting (pre-term bundle reactivation) is not available. Payment for any other additional bundles activation (internet-traffic, SMS, etc.) is not taken into account as obligatory monthly payment within the bounds of TP "ANDROID life:)".
- After refill on the money amount that is needed for services bundle reactivation subscriber will get the following SMS-notification about crediting of money to subscriber's account: “At your account <date, time> was credited <amount> Br. Thank you”. After actual reactivation of services bundle when subscriber gets internet-traffic, minutes, SMS, MMS subscriber gets SMS-notification: «Calls, SMS, MMS to all life:) numbers at tariff 0 Br, 750 MB which is valid till <30 days from the moment of charging> are available for you». Usage of internet-traffic or any other paid services before getting SMS-notification may lead to debt creation (negative balance) after services bundle activation. In this case subscriber will not be able to use credited within the services bundle bounds traffic until paying off the debt.
- Every 30 days automatically (on the expire of 30 full days, to-the-minute time) from subscriber's account payment for services bundle is charged (69 900 Br for individuals). In case if there is not enough money at subscriber's account subscriber will get possibility to refill account on necessary sum during further 5 days. On the first and forth days of this period subscriber gets SMS-notification: «For getting new MB and tariff 0 Br for calls, SMS, MMS on-net balance of your account should be more than 69900 Br. In case of nonpayment – 1 200 000 Br. fine».
- On the expire of these 5 days till discharge of obligations that are set in p.7 all available money will be charged from subscriber's main account and deficient for services bundle reactivation amount will be settled as negative balance.
- By exhaustion of credited within the bounds of TP traffic subscriber continues to use communication services according to the set at TP "ANDROID life:)" tariffs (tariff for internet-traffic behind the bundle – 60 Br for 50 KB) till new services bundle crediting.
- Unincluded in TP "ANDROID life:)" services that are available to all tariff plans subscribers are charged at separately approved tariffs.
- Forwarded calls are charged at the tariffs of outgoing calls according to call forwarding destination.
- In case of subscriber's negative balance nonredemption in 30 calendars days from the moment of debts appearance operator is entitled to suspend a contract and recover a penalty at the rate that is stated at appendix to contract of telecommunication service.
- Till the end of 12 periods (1 period is equal 30 days) of TP "ANDROID life:)" with included services bundle subscriber is not allowed to changed TP.
- It is possible to make outgoing calls, receive incoming calls, send and receive SMS and use other life:) services during 365 days starting from the moment of SIM-card activation or from refill on any amount. If on the expire of 365 days after the last refill of account on any amount there wasn't any refill the contract is considered to be dissolved, phone number is returned to life:) for further use. In case of any debts at this number the contract is considered to be dissolved, phone number is returned to life:) for further use after subscriber's fulfillment of obligations to life:) (offset of debt/fine payment according to order of services rendering at “ANDROID life:)” tariff plan).
- Phones warranty service period is 12 months from the moment of transfer to subscriber. During warranty period for faults recovery subscriber should apply to one of receiving points stated below: official service centre Rephone ( additional liability company «Klatton») (Minsk, ul. Raduzhnaja, 19-2); life:) service centres: in Minsk (pr. Nezavisimosti, 18, pr. Pobeditelej, 1), Brest (ul. Pushkinskaja, 50), Vitebsk (pr. Moskovskij 66/1), Gomel' (ul. Lenina, 16), Grodno (ul. Poligrafistov, 2), Mogilev (ul. Pervomajskaja, 31).
- In case of violation of phone maintain rules that leaded to its technical failure as well as in case of incorrect keeping that leaded to its loss or stealage its replacement at the expense of operator is not available.
- Design and color of phones and parameters of operating system may differ from the announced at advertising materials.
- All tariffs are stated in Belarusian rubles without any taxes taken in addition to the price unless otherwise specified.
- Operator retains the right to change the Order of services rendering at TP "ANDROID life:)" unilaterally placed them at official site www.life.com.by.
