International voice calls

life:) subscribers can make voice calls to other countries outside Belarus. This requires dialing number in international format:

+ [country code] [city code / network code] [subscriber’s number]

Money for voice calls to abroad is debited only from the main account of a subscriber.

All countries are divided into three tariff zones:

“CIS” tariff zone

“Europe” tariff zone

“Other countries” tariff zone

Single cost is applicable within each tariff zone to calls from Belarus to all networks of listed countries – both mobile and fixed – irrespective of telecommunication standards used in them.

* All tariffs are in Belarusian rubles, without VAT (from individuals are not charged) as per 15.06.2011.

International video calls

For making international video calls the calling subscriber should be located in 3G life:) network and use UMTS/HSDPA supporting handset as well as the called subscriber.

Tariffs for international video calls are the same as for international voice calls. Money for video calls to abroad is debited only from the main account of a subscriber.

International SMS

Sending international SMS abroad is possible to networks of operators with which corresponding agreements exist and necessary interconnection for SMS exchange is organized.

Cost of international SMS is 159 Br., excluding VAT (not applicable to individual persons). Money for sending SMS to abroad is debited only from the main account of a subscriber and the messages are charged upon sending.
