SMS BANKING service registration
Before using the service it is necessary to register it and to receive access password.
For registration of the SMS BANKING service it is necessary to have valid personal plastic card and mobile phone connected to life:) network.
Service registration can be done:

• in PJSC “Trustbank” self-service terminal according to the instructions of the system;
• in PJSC “Trustbank” affiliates (with passport submission).

Registration in PJSC “Trustbank” self-service terminal shall be done as follows:

1. Insert the card to the self-service terminal and after its inquiry enter  PIN code.
2. Choose “SMS Banking” – “Registration” in terminal menu.
3. After inquiry enter mobile phone number and confirm the code.
4. After inquiry send SMS to number 711 from mobile phone and confirm the sending in the terminal.
5. In case of successful registration you will receive SMS with a Password for access to SMS BANKING. Besides, the terminal will give a receipt with access Password and short instruction.

The described procedure doesn’t require remembering, all that is necessary – is just to choose “SMS Banking” – “Registration” sections in the menu of self-service terminal and follow the instructions on the screen.

For registration it is necessary to address to the competent bank employee and provide the following information:

1. Your full name.
2. Name of the bank which issued the card (only if the card is issued by another bank).
3. Your card number.
4. Card validity period (indicated on the card, e.g. "Valid Thru" 10/15 – November of 2015).
5. Phone number in international format - 375 2x xxx xx xx.

After this you will receive SMS with access code for service usage.

Be cautious! Don’t give your mobile phone to third parties. Remember the Password and keep it in secrecy! SMS BANKING service is the access to you card account!

OPERATIONS
For performing necessary operation or for receiving information services it is necessary to send SMS to short number 1239.
Attention! SMS should be send from a phone number which was indicated when registered in information terminal.
SMS should be typed in Latin letters – both upper-case and lower-case – with a gap and separated whether “*” or “#” symbol. It is nessery to indicate in SMS the following:

• Pseudonym
• Payment options
• Sum of payment (in case of payment)
• Control command
• Access code

Order of payment for life:) service.
<Pseudonym>*<Sum of payment>*<Access code>
Pseudonym – code of payment for service – for paying life:) services a life:) code is used.

Sum of payment is entered with numbers and without separators. The amount may be limited by the bank, depending on the paid services. The minimum amount of a payment operation is no less than 1000 (one thousand) Br. Access code - the password given after registration of the service.

As a result of the performed operation a reply SMS comes on the mobile phone with confirmation about performed operation, which contains details of the number of paid-phone, the amount of payment, an authorization code.

EXAMPLE
To enroll a payment of 30 000 Br on the personal account of life:), from which you registered the SMS-banking service dial:

life * 30000 * XXXX

where XXXX – password to access the service, which was received after the registration of SMS-BANKING service.

Nevertheless the entering of the phone number is not required.

In order to pay mobile operator’s services from your phone for other life:) subscriber, you must first in information terminal to set such a possibility for the subscriber through the activation of this service.

The rules and procedures for the use of SMS-BANKING for the holders of bank plastic cards are set by JSC “Belinvestbank”. The cost for one SMS to short number 1239 is 100 Br.*

In roaming the outgoing SMS to short number 1239 is charged as an outgoing SMS and charged for roaming partner form the network of which SMS is sent.

* Tariff is indicated in Belarusian rubles excluding VAT and other taxes raised in addition to the price. Each SMS sent to short number is charged.

SMS BANKING service is provided to life:) subscribers who are holders of JSC “Belarusbank” plastic cards and allows them to manage their bank account via SMS to short number 611.

• receiving information about card balance;
• making payments for mobile services;
• making payments for services provided by RUE “Beltelecom” (everywhere in Belarus);
• utility payments in Minsk, Mogilev, Brest, Vitebsk;
• making payments for services of Minsk Administration of the Department of the Interior Ministry of Belarus;
• making payments for “Cosmos TV” company (television, internet)
• making payments for Internet-providers ;
• check unpaid utilities, security and companies “CosmosTV”, “Beltelekom”;
• view data stored in the self-service terminal for service payment;
• lock the card, with using of which was registered SMS BANKING ;
• unlock the card, which was blocked with the use of SMS BANKING ;
• obtaining information on the types of operations within the SMS BANKING service;
• obtaining information on the format of a single type of operation within the SMS- BANKING service;
• obtaining information about the list of identifiers of payments (rate codes that are available for payment via SMS BANKING );
• obtaining information on the format of the service payment operation;
• cancellation of SMS BANKING service registration.

Who can use the service?
The service is provided to all life:) subscribers - clients of "Belarusbank" JSC.
SMS BANKING service is available in the life:) network, as well as the networks of life:) roaming partners if a subscriber has an active “International roaming”, and provided technical support to the possibility of sending SMS to number 611 from the roaming partner network.

When typing SMS within SMS BANKING service only Latin letters should be used. SMS and password can be typed in uppercase and lowercase letters. SMS shall contain the following data:

• type of operation;
• password for service handling;
• amount of payment (in case of payment transaction);
• payment identifier;
• individual data of payment.

Paying for life:) services

In order to make this operation it is necessary to send SMS to the number 611:

Identifier of payment – a special code of paid service. When paying for life:) mobile service the LIFE identifier is used.

Phone Number – last 7 digits of full phone number shall be indicated.

Payment amount – is entered in digits without separators. The amount may be limited by the bank depending on the kind of service paid.

*If you have saved data about the mobile phone number, then to pay for this number just send SMS of the following format:

In case if you have saved data about several mobile phone numbers, then to pay for specific number it is necessary to select it.

Payment operation for mobile communication can be done for a mobile phone number with which he registered SMS BANKING service as well as for any other life:) mobile phone number. The payment can not be made for the corporate phone number.

As a result of the performed operation a reply SMS comes on your phone with confirmation about performed operation, where indicated the number of paid phone, payment amount, an authorization code.

where dfhik  is a password for service access, which has been obtained after completing SMS BANKING service registration.

Cancellation of SMS BANKING service registration can be done in JSC “Belarusbank” self-service terminal or via set SMS from you mobile phone about register cancellation, containing the password.

If you send SMS with wrong password three times, the SMS BANKING service is automatically cancelled. To continue using the service you need to register in JSC “Belarusbank” self-service terminal again.

If you have changed phone number which was used for registration of SMS BANKING service, it is necessary to cancel the registration for old number in self-service terminal and register the service again with a new number.

If you have changed your bank card (due to card expiration, in case of card or PIN code loss, etc.) and also in case of locking the card which was used for registration of SMS BANKING service, it is necessary to cancel the SMS BANKING service registration and register it again in self-service terminal using the new (unlocked) card.
