- All services in tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM” are charged in pre-paid mode.
- Changing to “3G life:) MODEM” offer from other tariff plans life:) is impossible.
- Changing to “3G life:) MODEM” offer is possible only after obligatory subscription periods for service “life:) INTERNET”. Cast of transferring from tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM” to tariff plans “Free life:)” and “Simple life:)” is 3500 rubles, to tariff plan “Super life:)” is free (subscriber need to have not less than 20 000 rubles on his account).
- The subscriber has the right to voluntarily terminate this contract before the expiry of the obligatory subscriptions for the service “life:) INTERNET”, on conditions that monetary compensation will be paid to the life:), calculated using the formula: fine minus a number of paid subscriptions for consumed services “life:) INTERNET” under the Agreement. In this case, the subscriber loses the right to use free Internet traffic within the current service “life:) INTERNET”. Paid cash on account of the subscriber are not transferred.
- It is possible to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS, use internet traffic and other life:) services during 365 days (while using 3G USB-modem) and 545 days (while using 3G tablet) period from the moment of SIM-card activation or refill for any amount. If after 365 days (while using 3G USB-modem) and 545 days (while using 3G tablet) from the date of the last refill for any amount, was no refill, then the contract is terminated, and the phone number comes back to life:) for future use.
- Tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM” after activation by default includes the following services: voice calls (incoming and outgoing); receiving and sending SMS; caller identification; call forwarding; waiting/hold call; international access; international roaming; conference calling; Who called?; Internet; WAP; MMS; “Again in network”; “Call me”.
- Not included services, that are available to subscribers of all tariff plans, in the tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM” are charged separately according to approved tariffs.
- Forwarded calls are charged at tariffs of outgoing calls, depending on the direction of the call.
- All calls charging intervals is 60 sec.
- Internet traffic charging interval is 1 Кb.
- WAP traffic charging interval is 1 Кb.
