When subscribing to a tariff plan “3G life:) Modem” for 19 000 Br for first 3 subscription periods 1 000 MB of incoming/outgoing Internet traffic for 19 000 Br and 2 000 MB of bonus night Internet traffic is provided. During the next 9 subscription periods a service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, cost of which is 49 000 Br, and 2 000 MB of bonus night Internet traffic will be provided by default for 30 days.
When subscribing an individual has a right to issue no more than two contracts for the provision of telecommunication services under the tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM”; legal entity has the right to acquire no more than thirty units of equipment without written permission.
When subscribing, the subscriber receives the USB-modem, which works only with life:) sim-cards and also receives in use a life:) sim-card with the tariff plan “3G life:) Modem” and activated service “life:) INTERNET” with included 1000 MB of Internet traffic during subscription period (30 days), which will be assigned for first 3 subscription periods. After 12 subscription periods on the tariff plan “3G life:) Modem”, USB-modem becomes the property of the subscriber.
Procedure of activation of sim-card and services for offer “3G life:) Modem ” is made automatically from the moment of subscription of Subscriber. After successful activation subscriber will receive the SMS-notification. Using of any payable services before getting o а SMS-notification may lead to debt appear (negative balance) after activation of “life:) INTERNET” service . In this case subscriber may not have possibility to use Internet traffic from service until debt will be cleared. Before using 3G-modem it is recommended to make a balance request via *100#
Initial payment for the USB-modem with maximum speed of data transfer 3,6 Mbit/sec is 19 000 Br (without VAT), for the USB-modem with maximum speed of data transfer 7,2 Mbit/sec is 58 000 Br (without VAT) and for the USB-modem with HSPA+ support with maximum speed of data transfer up to 22 Mbit/sec is 148 000 Br (without VAT). With that the subscriber is not limited to the maximum possible payment.
Requirement for receiving the USB-modem is the guaranty to pay for subscription to the “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000” or “life:) Night INTERNET” regularly and consistently 12 times. Usage of “life:) Daily INTERNET 100” and “life:) Daily INTERNET 250” does not cancel the mandatory 12 payments for tariff plan “3G life:) Modem”.
After connecting the subscriber has the opportunity to select the service by himself in terms of service “life:) INTERNET” included free Internet traffic via USSD-menu *110*5 # or IVR (Voice menu) 909. The choice is available in the following services « life:) INTERNET 2000», « life:) INTERNET 3000», « life:) INTERNET 5000» or “life:) Night INTERNET”. Subscriber can activate at the same time current “life:) INTERNET” service, “life:) Night INTERNET” and “life:) Daily INTERNET”.
After connecting the subscriber has an opportunity via USSD-menu *100# and *105# to obtain information on the balance, included in the service “life:) INTERNET” traffic and the duration of a service. Information is also available with a help of 3G-modem software.
Activation of several services at the same time “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000” is not possible. Activation of a new service, when a subscriber has already one of the services, the active service will be turned off, instead a new one will be assigned (all unused Internet traffic will be canceled). If you change the service “life:) INTERNET” before the expiration of obligations under this agreement the amount of cash, that has to be written off from subscriber's account, changes accordingly. When using at the same time one of main services “life:) INTERNET” and service “life:) Night INTERNET” a number of mandatory payments is decreasing by one period.
In case if only one service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000” or “life:) Night INTERNET” is assigned, than subscriber has a right and opportunity to cancel the service “life:) INTERNET” or choose a service “life:) INTERNET 50”, “life:) INTERNET 100”, “life:) INTERNET 250”, “life:) INTERNET 500” only after 12 subscription periods to service “life:) INTERNET” within tariff plan “3G life:) Modem”.
The cost for service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000”, “life:) Night INTERNET” is accordingly 49 000 Br, 69 000 Br, 99 000 Br, 29 000 Br without VAT (individuals are not charged) for 30 days.
Within the service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, ” life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000”, “life:) Night INTERNET” there is respectively available 2 000 MB, 3 000 MB, 5 000 MB, 10 000 MB (from 1:00 A.M. till 8:00 A.M. every day) of incoming and outgoing Internet traffic.
The period of service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000”, “life:) Night INTERNET” is 30 days.
Assessed Internet traffic within the service « life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000”, “life:) Night INTERNET” is available during the period of service (30 days, validity is calculated up to a minute). Unused Internet traffic during 30 days is canceled and does not transfer to the next period. If you use both services “life:) Night INTERNET” and one of the services “life:) INTERNET” during time from 1.00 A.M. till 8.00 A.M. then traffic within the service “life:) Night INTERNET” has a higher priority. “life:) Daily INTERNET” services have the highest priority while using few services.
Subscribers can activate another or the same “life:) INTERNET” service again before 30 days of current “life:) INTERNET” subscription period.
Internet traffic that is used above included in terms of the service “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000” during the period of service (30 days) is charged at 10 Br without VAT (individuals are not charged) per 50 KB. The cost of this traffic within “life:) Night INTERNET” service is charged at 49 Br per 50 KB.
Internet traffic that is used in roaming is not included in the traffic, provided within the service “life:) INTERNET” and paid in addition to the existing roaming tariffs JSC “BeST”.
Incoming and outgoing WAP-traffic is not included in the free traffic that is provided within the service “life:) INTERNET” and charged on tariffs JSC “BeST”.
Charging interval for Internet traffic within the service “life:) INTERNET” is 1 KB.
On expiration of service duration on condition of sufficient balance of personal account, service subscription for “life:) INTERNET 2000”, “life:) INTERNET 3000”, “life:) INTERNET 5000”, “life:) Night INTERNET”, “life:) Daily INTERNET 100” and “life:) Daily INTERNET 250” is automatically extended for the next period. After the successful extension of service subscriber receives SMS-notification.
Subscriber undertakes to consistently and regularly to ensure availability of balance for prolonging the current service “life:) INTERNET”.
If at the end of the service subscription “life:) INTERNET” on subscriber's account is not enough money for the extension of service, the subscriber will have the opportunity to replenish an account for the required sum of money within 5 days. During this period (5 days) consumed by the subscriber Internet traffic is charged at 49 Br without VAT (individuals are not charged) per 50 KB.
After these 5 days, if the subscriber has not used the service “life:) INTERNET” during 12 mandatory payments, from the subscriber's account will be written off all of the available funds, and a shortfall for the current service subscription “life:) INTERNET” will be counted as a negative balance. Free Internet traffic will be assessed, the period of the current services “life:) INTERNET” will be activated.
If there a negative balance, outgoing communication services (including free ones) for subscriber are not available. Time during which the subscriber cannot use the service “life:) INTERNET” because of the negative balance is not compensated. Unused Internet traffic, assessed within the service “life:) INTERNET”, in this case is not refundable.
Subscriber has to make mandatory payments for service “life:) INTERNET” before the expiration of 30 calendar days, monthly, for 12 months from the date of activation of the sim-card.
In case if a subscriber still has a negative balance within 30 calendar days from the debt time, Operator has the right to withhold the contract and collect a fine enshrined in the Annex to the public agreement for the provision of telecommunications services under the tariff plan “3Glife:) MODEM" indisputably. Paid funds, in accordance with this paragraph, are not transferred to the subscriber's account.
After repayment of debt and paying the fine, the obligations set in paragraph 9 and 24 of this Order shall be ended. Subscriber continues to be served in accordance with the contract agreement for the provision of telecommunications services: sim-card with an active TP “3G life:) Modem”, other additional services, subscriber activated independently, without active service “life:) INTERNET”.
After 12 regular and consistent periods of paid subscriptions for service “life:) INTERNET” (except “life:) Daily INTERNET 100” and “life:) Daily INTERNET 250”) all restrictions, imposed on the subscriber, shall be stopped. Further usage of the sim-card by the subscriber according to Contract on the provision of telecommunications services for tariff plan “3G life:) Modem” and rules of providing services.
Changing to “3G life:) Modem” offer from other tariff plans life:) is not possible.
Changing to “3G life:) Modem” offer is possible only after 12 subscription periods for service “life:) INTERNET”.
The subscriber has the right to voluntarily terminate this contract before the expiry of the 12 subscriptions for the service “life:) INTERNET”, on conditions that monetary compensation will be paid to the Operator, calculated using the formula: fine minus a number of paid subscriptions for consumed services “life:) INTERNET” under the Agreement. In this case, the subscriber loses the right to use free Internet traffic within the current service “life:) INTERNET”. Paid cash on account of the Subscriber are not transferred.
In case of violation of the rules for equipment usage received and/or acquired by the Subscriber according to the present contract which led to its loss or theft, replacement of equipment at the expense of JSC “BeST” is not provided and the subscriber is in full for his commitments. Oral treatment of the subscriber to service inquiry life:) should be confirmed by his personal appeal to the representatives of JSC “BeST” within 24 hours.
JSC “BeST” is not responsible for the malfunctioning of equipment in case of usage not licensed operating systems by subscriber, including other software, which can influence the efficiency of hardware and software environment in general. A list of compatible operating systems is listed on the equipment pack and/or instructions to him.
Tariff plan “3G life:) MODEM” after activation by default includes the following services: voice calls (incoming and outgoing); receiving and sending SMS; caller identification; call forwarding; waiting/hold call; international access; international roaming; conference calling; Who called?; Internet; WAP; MMS; Again in network; Call me.
It is possible to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS, use Internet traffic and other life:) services during 365 days period from the moment of SIM-card activation (first call) or refill for any amount. If after 365 days from the date of the last refill for any amount, was no refill, then the contract is terminated, and the phone number comes back to life:) for future use.
Not included services, that are available to subscribers of all tariff plans, in the tariff plan “3G life:) modem” are charged separately according to approved tariffs. Forwarded calls are charged at tariffs of outgoing calls, depending on the direction of the call.
Attention! When using operating system Windows Vista, due to features of this operating system, using a profile to connect to the Internet by default ("life:)") may be a problem connecting to the Internet in the software that goes together with a 3G-modem.
If you have any difficulty using the Windows Vista operating system, it is necessary in the MODEM software to add a new profile without using in the profile name with the special characters ( “:”, “)” etc.).
To do this, go to your profile settings for the connection (Tools>Options>Managing Profile>New), enter the profile name without special characters, specify an access point (APN) <internet.life.com.by>, the numbers of dial indicate <*99#> and save. No further configuration is needed
When connecting to the Internet as a profile, use the new created profile.
You can also download the new version of software HUAWEI or ZTE. After downloading, remove the old version of the software and install the new version.
